A: It's shorter than a regular cardigan, but longer than a shrug. I'm a 2x, 5'3 and it's perfect I love this sweater, it's so much nicer than I expected.

A: Yes it would, if your in the north you’ll need a heavier jacket over it but will look perfect over a sleeveless dress! Have fun
